Discount Tariff applies to advance reservations, senior citizens and AAA members only. Discount Tariff does not apply to weekends, holidays, groups, conventions, and travel agents; and cannot be combined with other discounts. Published tariffs are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. Minimum stays may apply. All guests must be registered. A deposit is required to confirm reservations. For stays of 4 nights or less, 1 days' deposit is required. For stays longer than 4 nights, 2 day's deposit is required.

All reservations are subject to written confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.

Balance to be paid on arrival. Accepted methods of payment on arrival are Cash, Travelers' Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. NO CHECKS NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED NIGHTS.

Cancellations A refund minus 25% of deposit will be given only with written notice of 2 weeks or more prior to the arrival date. No refund or credits of deposit with less than 2 weeks written notice.

Changes No credit for changes of dates or accommodations allowed within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Payments are not transferable.

Travel Agents Discount Tariff commissionable except July and August. All packages are commissionable. Group rates available except July and August.
