COVID-19 Information and Procedures

As we continue to work together to face these challenging times, the safety and health of our guests and staff remain our top priority.  In order to ensure for you a safe and worry-free stay at the Reges Oceanfront Resort, we will be following CDC guidelines and implementing the following cleaning/safety protocols:

Public Spaces 

  • Hand Sanitizing Stations will be available at high traffic areas
  • Plexiglass shields will be at front desk to provide a protective barrier between staff and guests
  • Face Coverings or masks will be optional for our guests and staff members in all indoor and outdoor areas  
  • Pre-check in process will be available over the phone
  • Social Distancing Signage will be displayed to remind guests and staff about maintaining a safe distance from each other 
  • We will routinely clean & disinfect high traffic public areas

Staff Procedures

  • Frequent & proper hand washing will be encouraged 
  • All staff members will not be permitted to work if ill 
  • Staff members will be instructed to practice social distancing between guests and other workers   

Guest Rooms 

  • We have elevated our cleaning protocols incorporating thorough cleaning of all high-touch surfaces; and will be using high quality disinfectants   
  • New housekeeping procedures have been implemented to ensure highest safety standards for our guests and staff
  • Room air ozonator disinfection available upon request and utilized when necessary

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation due to illness from Covid-19, please contact us immediately.  Deposits can be transferred to your customer account and may be used for a future stay with us.   

If you should become ill during your stay, please seek medical attention immediately and notify guest services as soon as possible for any presumed or confirmed Covid diagnosis. For early check outs due to Covid, the balance of your stay will be credited to a future stay.  If any guest should become ill during their stay, all required Health Department protocols will be achieved before the guest room is returned to service. Reservations
